Kanye West is a famous rapper and producer who has made a sterling name for himself in the world of the entertainment industry. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, the rapper was born on June 8, 1977. He has worked since 1996 in the field of rap music. He was raised in Chicago, Illinois and is married to the famous Kim Kardashian, of Kardashian family legacy. His first musical works were with Roc-A-Fella Records in the early 2000’s. As a musician he has sold over 20 million albums and 140 million singles worldwide. He has also achieved great and incredible things in music by winning over 21 Grammy awards. His father Ray West was a former Black Panther.

Originally, he worked not as a performer himself, but rather as a music producer, producing works for other rappers on his respective label. In 2004 he released his debut album “The College Dropout.” From the success of this album, he then went on to found GOOD Records. West is very controversial in his public presence and communications. He is known for being very outspoken at award shows, public events, and also on social media. He is known for his Christian Faith, as well. He has designed fashion pieces for Nike, Louis Vuitton, and Adidas. His Yeezy line with Adidas in 2013 has seen much success ever since.

 Kanye’s Presidential Campaign

Kanye West founded a presidential campaign for the year 2020 election. He announced his running for President on July 4, 2020. His running mate is Michelle Tidball. Tidball is a Preacher from Wyoming. West and Tidball run for office as part of the Independent Party. The primary moral of their campaign was “consistent life ethic.” They endorse environmental stewardship, the arts, restoring school prayer, and strong defense for the country. The famous rapper Kanye West garnered over 60,000 votes in this year’s 2020 Presidential Election. Some polls indicate that his support exceeded just over two percent globally. His name was on the ballot in twelve of the United States.

This presidential campaign has been a huge achievement for Kanye West, which has added to a long list of incredible lifetime achievements for the musician, fashion designer, and successful businessman. He has won over twenty one Grammy awards, has sold literally millions of singles and albums, and all the while has been a loyal husband and caring father to three lovely children. His campaign was a first for him and within this first campaign he was on the ballot in twelve of the fifty United States. He also gained a whopping nearly 60,000 votes.

Many voters of the general American public are wondering: Will Kanye run again? The rapper, musician, fashion designer, Father, Husband, and extremely successful entrepreneur has stated his sincere intentions to run once again in the 2024 Presidential campaign. He will highlight the same issues that he did in the 2020 campaign to bring about prayer in school, heightened national defense, and environmental stewardship.
