At Mars, Inc, the commitment towards the workplace starts with the employees. For example, Mars Petcare, the Mars Inc division for pet food, has been pet friendly for more than 10 years. Mars Petcare employees may bring their dogs to work. In addition, the recent renovations completed in 2019 allow for more than 60 acres of green outdoor play area and numerous dog-friendly amenities.
