The Importance of Customer Service
Holon Solutions, the nation’s fastest-growing healthcare information technology company, announced today that Chris Michel is joining the company as the Chief Customer Officer. Michel joins Holon from Absolute Clinical Ltd, a leading health information technology and research solutions company that provides clinical decision support solutions, IT management services, and technology consulting to healthcare organizations. Prior to Absolute Clinical, Michel was the Chief Sales Officer at OneVision , a full service clinical solutions provider for hospital and health system customers in the U.S. and Canada.

He will oversee customer experience, strategy, and operations for all of Holon’s EMEA customer base, including Intralinks, HealthDive, and Regulate.

This will allow employees to focus on more value-added activities like advanced, higher-touch care for customers. Holon Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of Sumit Agarwal, former senior director of customer operations at Truven Health Analytics, as the new CCO.

This critical hire will position the company for aggressive growth. This is an important role, because the Chief Customer Officer has to be uniquely positioned to engage and partner with physicians and value-added providers as well as improve the operational performance of the entire system.
