It was converted into powder form and can be used in other dairy products too. Milk production contributes 97 percent less to greenhouse gases, unlike conventional milk production. Apart from Perfect day, New culture also makes cheese from products without cows, which is involved in the fermentation process. Almost $590 million was invested in alternative fermentation proteins. Out of this sum, nearly $300 million is invested in perfect day.

Plant Based Milk

Plant-based milk sales promise to grow in the future as it currently accounts for almost 15 percent of US milk sales. Amongst many other challenges faced by the company, the two most important challenges include regulatory approval and price innovation as Perfect Day has the same price as different brands like Haagen-Dazs.
