Company culture brings about diversity and differences from one company to the other and amongst us as employees. At times, company culture makes one look weird and robust when dealing with other individuals from other companies.

Company culture is not different from the other cultures that one might be thinking about. Carious communities worldwide have various cultures that make them unique and different in their ways. One of the communities that are known all over the world for their strong culture is the Indian community. This is particularly distinct in how they conduct their wedding and other cultural ceremony, and this culture is evident everywhere there are around the world.

Company culture is no different from what various communities have. Company culture can either be positive or what gets referred to as progressive or it can sometimes get referred to as negative or retrogressive. Company culture determines how employees interact with each other and how employees interact with their management. Also, issues such b as mannerisms within an organization gets determined by the company culture in place. Company culture doesn’t just get in place, but it’s a deliberate effort by its founders right from the day the company gets founded.

Excellent or positive company culture is a corporate culture that can spot talented employees and maintain and keep them within the corporate structure. The company culture in place has the potential right from the time the employees get interviewed of identifying with company culture. It’s said that most employees leave a company, not because of the pay by due to bad company culture. Company culture should appeal to their best talent and attract other skills within the industry to aspire to join the company.

Similarly, when an employee feels threatened and cannot share or offer positive criticism to the management and not get victimized, it is negative company culture. Therefore, any management should work on a positive and symbiotic relationship entrenched in the company culture so that employees can offer solutions to the management in an accessible manner without fear or prejudice.

Companies that have managed to break even have a strong company culture that is open and inclusive of all employees. Company culture must address their employee’s fears in a way that makes them feel taken care of and ensure their issues get addressed accordingly. In addition, such a company creates high levels of trust among employees and the company management.
