Kendall Jenner has been granted a temporary restraining order against an alleged trespasser. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that the incident occurred and had detained someone for questioning, but no arrest was made. Kendall was spotted leaving her home in Beverly Hills late Wednesday evening wearing a white dress with sunglasses on her head and carrying her little dog.
The 26-year-old catwalk star looked shaken and frightened as she made her way to her car. It is not yet known what the alleged trespasser’s motives were, but Kendall is said to be taking the necessary precautions to ensure her safety.
The alleged trespasser knew as Arnold Babcock, 31, was detained by police on the scene but was later released. Babcock has a history of mental illness and had been arrested just days earlier for allegedly stalking another celebrity.
This is not the first time Kendall has had to deal with an alleged stalker. In 2016 she obtained a temporary restraining order against Thomas Hummel, 46, harassing her for years. She remains under police protection and has been ordered not to contact the alleged trespasser, Arnold Babcock.
Another Stalking Incident
In June 2021, model Kendall Jenner filed another restraining order against an alleged trespasser.
Kendall, the daughter of Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Kardashian, told police that she had been frightened by the man, who she said had followed her home from a photoshoot.
The alleged trespasser was following Jenner home, but the guards at her gate wouldn’t let him in. According to the restraining order application, he then started to bang on the gate and yell for Kendall to come out.
Jenner’s security team eventually detained the man and handed him over to the police. The trespasser was arrested at the scene but was later released.

Following Wednesday’s incident, Kendall has been taking precautions to ensure her safety. A source close to the model said she was “shaken and frightened” by the alleged trespasser.
