Cultures in organizations and companies are the values and beliefs in the organization for a long time. The staff’s views and the foreseen matter of their work influence their behaviour and attitudes. Administrators are usually flexible and adjust their leadership style to accomplish their mission for the company they serve.

Therefore, industry leaders need to understand the importance of the connection between leadership behaviour, organization culture, and workers’ job satisfaction.

A survey study was taken that focused on hospital nurses in Taiwan. The data collected came from 200 questionnaires that were part of the 300 questionnaires issued. To test the data was analyzed by “Cronbach’s α” and other confirmatory factors. The relating factors through an analysis were used to identify relationships between leadership behaviour’s, job satisfaction and company cultures.

According to the survey, organization culture was positively correlating with leadership and job happiness; on the other hand, leadership behaviour was positively related to job satisfaction. Culture in an organization is vital, and it plays a significant role in whether it’s a healthy and happy environment to work. In terms of promoting and communicating the professional ethos in an organization to employees, their acceptance and acknowledgement can influence their attitudes and behaviours.

According to Robbins and Coulter, Organizational culture is the shared beliefs, shared values or perceptions held by workers in a particular organization or unit. Because organizational culture mirrors ideas, deals, and behavioural norms used by employees to give bearing to situations they encounter, conditions and circumstances may change a staff’s behaviour and attitudes. Learning the company core values can stop internal conflicts, which is usually the main reason why Robbins and Coulter dwell on companies’ cultures.

In other administrative sectors, organizational culture research has had a functional perspective, providing reasonable evidence of corporate culture’s importance in bringing up performance. Management should also know that when an organization notices underpinning dimensions and their difference in employee-related issues. Variables such as organizational commitments, job satisfaction, and employees’ performance are the key elements of a culture.

An organization consisting of staff, supervisors and administrators are all related due to sharing a workspace. The behavior of the team always affects the outcome of the organization culture.
