There may be 100% capacity on the gaming floors, with the present 80% occupancy due to current restrictions. The policy is to stay three feet away from each other, effective in pools, dining areas, and other places and activities where gaming is not done.

The following are some of the properties where there may be total capacity:

-The Mirage Hotel & Casino

-Park MGM

-New York-New York Hotel & Casino

-MGM Grand Hotel & Casino

-Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino

-Luxor Hotel and Casino

-Excalibur Hotel & Casino

-Bellagio Resort & Casino

Health and Safety Protocols

There will be some health and safety protocols that are compulsory to follow, like wearing masks, according to the regulatory requirements and guidance of the experts, the company noted. This means that this opening is not fully back to normal.

This is known to be one of the significant milestones in Las Vegas’ recovery and is also considered a testament to the vaccination to open the community again. Bill Hornbuckle, the CEO, noted this. They also decided to continue working to help people in every way and remain vigilant with the safety and health guidelines to protect every person visiting them.

More Casinos Will Benefit

There are other casinos as well in Las Vegas like Encore, the Cosmopolitan, and also Wynn who are allowed to stay open at 100% capacity after staying in line with the protocols given by the Nevada state. They have also made it compulsory for 80% of employees to be vaccinated with at least the first dose of COVID-19.

Many casino owners claim that they have taken permission from the Nevada Gaming control board this weekend to increase the occupancy and minimize the need for physical distancing. Further, they can now remove the separators they added from the gambling tables.

These are signs of hope in a time where many have had to retreat to their respective areas and regress in their growth.
