Company culture comes with many benefits to the company they can leverage, particularly those that positively take issues. A company culture offers the institution an opportunity to experience diversity firsthand as it recognizes that our differences make a strong culture. Company culture might sound or look weird, but it’s the bond between the most valuable elements within the organization.
A company culture, just like a sword, can cut both sides. Some companies propagate retrogressive and offensive cultures in workplaces. Some of these retrogressive company cultures are discriminative either through gender or otherwise. Toxic workplace culture is when a colleague cannot trust their partner with an issue affecting them due to fear of getting victimized later. Every institution must strive to create a haven for their employees to come and vent when they have an issue, and they do not fear their frustrations getting used against them later.

Any founder of a company had in mind an ideal employee, manager relationship. They already have the tone set and how they solve issues. One successful company with strong company culture is Amazon which it’s pretty evident that they can do anything humanly possible to ensure that their clients get served better. This policy or culture applies to all cadres of employees right from its founder and chief executive officer, Jeff Bezos.
Even though the majority might not agree that Amazon has one of the most vibrant company cultures, it’s good to understand that corporate cultures get not designed to please everyone, which is not the intention. Company culture is meant to serve a specific group certain goals, and when these goals are met, we cab term that culture as successful.
