Company culture can either get classified as either positive or negative. It’s also important to note that a company culture strongly connects how employees interact and how the clients view the company operations. A company either supports its employees to perform and grow their talents or becomes submissive to the company management due to levels of fear and victimization.

Company culture makes the company distinct, and it is one of the strongest pillars of the company. As various communities have various cultures, companies also have different cultures that support and shape their mannerisms and beliefs. Company culture starts the day the company founders incorporate the company. They have a role in showing the company’s direction in their presence and after the company founders are gone.

Company culture affects the number of talented employees attracted to the company. Similarly, retaining such great talents within the company also has a large to do with the company culture. Therefore, if one happens to be in a company that does not retain employees for not less than two years, chances are the company has an intoxicated company culture.

A company culture that does not allow employees to join labor unions is also the negative company culture. This is because such companies fear empowered employees, and they can do anything to victimize their employees to subdue them to conform to the management style of leadership. Consequently, a company that fears any divergent opinion, especially when it comes from the employees and victimize employees who stand up against such retrogressive policies, can also be termed as negative company culture.

Company culture must strive to encourage and change the way employees interact with each other, not only with their management. Employees must feel encouraged and supported to open up to their colleagues and get the necessary support needed. Such an organization has developed structures that encourage employees to employee’s relationship to thrive without the company feeling victimized by the entire situation is strong company culture.

It’s a great observation that companies have achieved much success in their industry by installing a solid company culture that allows employees to thrive. The company’s diversity has a great deal to do with the much success they will have now and in the future. Managers must embrace cultures that encourage strong interactions between employees and management and encourage employees to air their grievances when they feel the company is not heading\g in the right direction.
