Such companies do not enjoy when they feel criticized by their juniors, and they take any moment available to remind their employees that they are juniors.
A company culture that does not attract and retain talents for two years has a high chance of having a toxic corporate culture. Research from human resource managers from various top organizations indicates that employees do not leave the company due to poor pay. Still, most employees leave a company due to poor management style or toxic company culture.

Again, managers usually have a profound role in changing the company culture and encouraging progressive, collaborative culture. Company culture should promote a sense of wellbeing and the drive to do more for the company.
